1. Professional Engagements

All website design, custom web engineering, WordPress development, and maintenance services performed by TSCG Technologies are governed by written project proposals, work orders, and agreed milestones signed between the parties.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of final milestone payments, full ownership of client-specific custom code, design assets, and page layouts transfers directly to the client. Pre-existing proprietary agency libraries or third-party open-source components retain their respective standard licenses.

3. Project Milestones & Approvals

Projects follow our 5-step development process: Discover, Strategy, Design, Develop, and Launch & Support. Clients are given staging access to review, request modifications within scope, and formally approve each phase prior to production deployment.

4. Maintenance & Third-Party Services

TSCG Technologies assists in connecting clients to reliable hosting, payment gateway providers (e.g. Razorpay), and domain registrars. The client remains responsible for ongoing third-party subscriptions and domain renewal costs unless explicitly managed under a maintenance agreement.
